Strategy
Our Strategy for realizing our goal includes:
- Identification of all relevant stakeholders, project partners, networks etc.
- Information on essential building bricks of Youth Leadership
- Cornerstones for creating an “enabling environment”
- Research on existing Good Practices, Learn- and ParticipationSpaces
- A resource pool of Good Practices to illustrate Youth Leadership in action for practitioners
- International cooperation with Competence Partners, changemakers and RCEs on all continents
- Amplified cooperation in Europe, with focus on West-East partnerships
- Connection to Competence Partners to start activities
- Accompaniment of practitioners that initiate Youth Leadership in their educational institution, city or region
- Creation of a new platform for presentation, participation and networking
- Training for Coaches, that seek to nurture „creative competence in project development” among youth
- active networking with practitioners via a promoter program
- Integration of thematically relevant fields, respectively active projects in civic education and Global Learning
- Non-formal qualification models, e.g. by creating offers for lecturers and educators, at community schools, unions, youth work, with use of outer school Learnspaces and competence centres
- Appreciation and identification of informal education offers and impulses
- Cooperation with kindergartens, schools, vocational schools, universities and other intitutions of professional qualification
- Collaboration with municipal administration to nurture Youth Leadership and active citizenry
- Collaboration with socially responsible companies that define sustainable development strategies in their enterpreneurial philosophy and also manifest it in their daily practice
- Participation with further UN-Decades for the achievements of the UNITED NATIONS’ Sustainable Development Goals, such as the Decade for Ecosystem Restoration 2021-2030
